Office hours are by appointment, Monday through Friday and alternate Saturdays, beginning at 7:00 AM and ending at 9:00 PM.
Direct Insurance Assignment is not accepted; payment is rendered at time of service, but monthly statements are provided for submission to your insurer if you have an out of network benefit. It is the client's responsibility to submit statements for reimbursement and to determine percentage reimbursement if offered by your insurer.
